Thought I'd make something substantial before the vacationers head out. I need a person to tend the grill, anyone up yet? Espresso, or Latte if you prefer, waiting on you....thats what I am sipping with biscotti.
I have these smoked pork chops, that I will baste with lite maple syrup and roll onto crushed cashews. They'll need to be grilled on the top rack of the grill....... Inside the kitchen, I'm making pancakes with blueberries, and on the side watermellon slices. I'm engrossed in my laptop reading the news, come say hi.

Vacation Time..Yeah for you
I've been to the Bahama's and want to go back. I loved the hang gliding excursions. It was an awesome experience. Now off to work, the real world just interferes with daydreaming.
