got rain here today, it only lasted 5 mins but it was better then nuttin.
they're still sayin rain on Thursday, I really hope so. article in newspaper said today that since Jan 1st, there has only been 6" of rain here. .24 inches since June 1st. I had to swerve on a hwy the other day cuz a gator was crossing the road, I know he was lookin for water. and the other side of the road was dry as well. between the fires and animals and plants, trees...really hope we got some rain and soon. |
