I don't know what your pain is related to but severe pain means a couple of possible things. Either you have gone too long without pain meds & it has gotten out of control or possible infection. Do you have a doctor you can call or anyone to take you to urgent care? Either possibility is concerning. I am sorry you do not have anyone to take care of you. It is very hard to be sick & alone, I have been there. Sending good thoughts your way.
