You all RAWK! Suebee (grated cheeze) reminded me of pre-washed produce- especially lettuce. Saves time and water!! This blurb on "Ford's Produce Co." is fun- they were the first to do pre-washed spinach. Looks like this came to be in the mid-1980's. http://www.fordsproduce.com/history.html
