Yes, lots of it. I think I may need to hire a secretary now that I am taking everything on. The chances of someone falling right into place and doing it just as I would do it are very slim though, and I really have no time to train. I need to brainstorm..Help Me!! LOL

I argue with insurance companies all day. My boss calls me the "A/R Queen" because my success rate is so high. I have found that people respond to self-assurance and civility. I believe that one should remain nice but adamant, until that is not effective, then you bring out the iron will.

These ppl are drug dealers and such. They are on bond, the majority of them know nothing of civility and usually do not respond to it at all. LOL
