morning honeys!!! Anyone know any good tricks for pampering feet and legs that went barefoot through half a mile of brambles and swamp? I feel like i'm just one big scrape right now!

Hey Andy Honey!!! Keep the places where skin is broken clean, dry, and use some antibiotic ointment. Walgreen's has a generic version of neosporin with an ingredient that helps relieve the pain of cuts, abrasions, etc.. Lotion to all other areas....maybe a warm epsom salts soak before hand to areas...take care honey!!! Read your post..what an "adventure"...just glad you are okay!!!
