Another experiment again no bananas

Fiber, Fiber, Fiber which is also found in oatmeal, and other grains, beans Fiber helps absorb toxins, and "sweeps" the intestinal tract...graphic? I'll stop here except to say that if also increases the bodies ability to absorb nutrients And the best part, it takes d_mn good in a smoothie...green smoothie. When I juice the greens, the nutrients go directly into the blood stream and as I've shared before I use the pulp for soups, salads, sauteing thereby not losing the precious fiber.
