What did you want to be when you grew up?

i changed my mind a few times over the years, lol.
when i was in grade one, i printed a paragraph on wanting to be a policewoman - still have that piece of paper today, cute to read..

when i was a teenager, i wanted to be a marine biologist - i grew up near my father the outdoorsman and would have been a profession i might have loved, but.. life had other plans for me..

early adulthood, i knew i wanted to do something that helped people, but over the years i was a stay at home mom with my 2 children and fell in a rutt of sorts financially, which was hard to pull out of, but absolutely loved the time with my children as a single mother...

finally, got myself out of said rutt a few years ago, and now work at a nursing home which i love, so now, i want to be a nurse.. and am applying to college this week - and feeling SO good about doing so! who knew i would only know what i really wanted to be when i was 38 years old, lol! ♥
