I used to love Appletinis.
2 oz. Vodka 1 oz. Apple Schnapps 1 oz. Vermouth And, although people think that a round slice of apple floating in the martini is a good idea, it's not. It's better to have a curl of apple peel, or a slice of apple on the rim.

Oh yes where I hang we may consume these
Key Lime Martini 2 oz Stoli Vanil vodka 1 oz Rose's lime juice 1 oz half-and-half Pour all three ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve
