ok, then. new cards made. fixin' to sit down and do them up tonight so i can drop them at the post office tomorrow when i go into town.
can't promise they're all beautiful or touristy (the regular kinda touristy, not my version), but i'm hoping y'all will find them interesting. off to practice my penmanship.

I didn't check my mail from yesterday until early this morning and to my surprise(been a while) I had 2 postcards in it
Lis and Jess, I fished the Smoky Mountains when I spent 3 months in TN many years ago Learned what a mudpuppy was when I grabbed my stringer of trout and it was sucking the life out of the last one Honestly scared the crap out of me at the time because I didn't expect it Tripped getting up so quickly and slid into the cold water My TN friends were all laughing at me, I'd say with me, but I don't think so Wil the Abbey is awesome, can't wait to to show R next time she stops by

Thanks to Lis & Jess for that beautiful view of the Great Smokys...and to Wil, who managed to send me a gorgeous pic of my favorite spot in NYC  I broke my promise and didn't send the cards Scoote got yet...although I did go get the postage stamps.
