Have you tried logging out, clearing out cookies, closing your browser and then opening your browser and trying again?

When I try to view who is chatting I get an error message saying that the add on is not available, this has happened a couple of times, does anyone know why that is coming up?

If you do this from the front page, this won't work (known issue that we've asked the forum developers to address). If you do it from inside the forums (where forum listings are) it should work.

Hi. If someone has a Supporter II membership, which allows them to go on as invisible, will they leave a "foot print" if they go to my profile? Will they show up as a ' Recent Visitor ' if they visit my page? I suspect not, but was curious to know for sure.

They will leave a footprint

The invisible function is mainly to keep people invisible in the "who's online" list!
