For my friends Clay and Wolfy, may the heavens bring you healing and peace. To Tommi, may those same heavens bring you strength.

For myself, and my family. To the son who is incarcerated, I pray for strength for him. To my daughter who struggles with addictions and all of the humiliation and life chaos that addictions foster, I pray fervently for the willingness to change. To my grandson who has begun cutting as a way of trying to control SOMETHING in that chaotic life, I pray for help .

May the Higher Power who has come back into my life guide me and give me strength, direct my thoughts, my words, and my actions.

(and thank you to the angel who started this thread, and all who have shared from their hearts to keep it going. I am so grateful that this is here)
