I took a peek at the new kindles. They look awesome, and Goof already has his eye on one.
I don't like to use my Ipad as an ereader, the screen is too "screeny." I really like the kindle screen. I took my kindle to the beach in bright sunlight and had no problem reading all day. No glare. I can't do that with my Ipad. But fuz likes the ipad for reading books with pictures/interactive books. Pup, there is one of the new kindles that's touch and has the same screen type as ours.
