We need to be near a beach...

If there is a "sometimes grumpy and I need my own space" section, then yes....and I come with a teenage boy, a small dog and 3 cats.

Good internet is a must since I would keep my job and work from home.

I bake good chocolate chip cookies...and, yes, I can bake enough for everyone. In fact, I bake everything from scratch....bread, cakes, pies, cookies. Large numbers of people would give me an excuse to make Lamingtons.

I also cook, even for large groups....so I can help there.

I also have raised cattle, worked on a dairy, raised and trained horses, and kept a variety of goats, rabbits and chickens. However, I'm diabetic, get exhausted easily and have carpal tunnel badly enough that I can't grip or turn things well....so my "labor" ability is limited.

I am turning into a kick ass "pool girl" though....so I can maintain the swimming pool.

And, I'm a project manager with an MBA by trade, so... if you're serious, I'll help with the planning.

ETA: Tarantulas??? Oh hell no! I don't do spiders anytime....but giant spiders with hair? No. Just no.
I vote we do this is South Florida. It's already diverse. It's warm. It's gay friendly. It's near the beach. And real estate is dirt cheap right now.
