Ta muchly scoote. Sadly I haven't really looked after myself and along with lung disease I also have rather hurty bones and a distinct lack of cervical discs in my neck and therefore severe nerve pain... I just got lucky that I kept on looking reasonably ok for a quite a while. Sadly after giving up smoking and hitting man-o-pause last year it's been rather an adjustment to learn to live with the extra stone in weight and things heading south a little more than they did.

Yup smooshy and cushy has advantages...girls tend to like cushy rather than skinny on the whole!

Our bodies, all of them, no matter size and shape should be celebrated.
