I saw Secretary with James Spader & Maggie Gyllenhaal on the telley the other day & loved it! I know it's older but I had never seen it. Here's the IMDb rundown on it - they give it a 7.1 rating, that's about what I would say. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0274812 It's a little quirky & off color but I totally loved it.
