Today I am focused on my own rising up. I am focused on the good, joyful, happy spirits in my life who work on building themselves up instead of tearing others down. I am rich with love and joy brought to me by those I see on a daily basis whether in the physical, the electronic or the spiritual. I am a strong, beautiful, loved and loving woman. My mind is my own treasure. I will cherish my thoughts and shine them until only the brilliant ones remain. I will not let myself slide into the negative "what if" game. Only joy for me today. What about you? Seek joy, y'all. Pass it on.

No task is beyond my ability to complete. Determination, patience, and endurance are tools that I can wield with confidence and accuracy. I will complete my goals by calmly assessing the task at hand and attacking it with not only tenacity but gentle understanding of my own skills and limitations.

Today I will remember to make sure I'm on the ladder of success that speaks to me. I will not define my climb based on others. I will listen carefully to the insights and experiences of others, but my heart will be my final judge. I will climb carefully always making sure that my head is pointing in the right direction and that I am not showing my ass. Seek joy, y'all. Pass it on.

Today on this day, I affirm and state adamately that it irrates me,it really irks me when people repeat themselves over and over, saying the same things. I vowed and made a promise to myself, to never do that, or engage in that behavior. It"s really not that difficult, it's easy . You just have to pay attention to what you say, and focus on how you communicate. Anyway, whatever, I hope everyone is clear on that, and noone is puzzled.
I'm good enough. I'm smart enough. And doggone it people LIKE me !

Today I will focus my energy on moving forward. My head and my heart are moving in the same direction. I won't waste energy worrying about what if's and who say's. I'll stay armored and ready for whatever heads my way. I'm a competent, capable, beautiful woman who is loved and is loving. Seek joy, y'all. Pass it on.

Today I am focused on happy lifting over heavy lifting. I will resist the urge to think of the worst thing that could happen in any given situation. I will gather small joys to fill my hula hoop. I will avoid those people who would take me down with their negativity and unhappiness. I am a professional joy seeker in all ways and in all things. Seek joy, y'all. Pass it on.

Arwen I am so doing this, thank you!

I woke up this morning with just this thought and when I came online and read this and your FB post I realized how the Universe was talking to me.

So today, in order to concentrate on me and the positive in my life, I took a giant step in a personal process that will bring me closer to those who are dearest to me and shower me with joy and unconditional love.

I am taking the steps, as difficult as they are, to do exactly what needs to be done for me to achieve this, thank you for passing it on.

You may look at others and what they have and wish you had the same characteristics or were in the same place as they. Ultimately, how you feel about who you are determines your level of self-esteem. Even though there are things you want to change about yourself, these things make up who you are today. No matter what your defects or imperfections, accept who you are in the present moment.

Today I will appreciate who I am and what I have.

I surrender myself to this moment in time and claim all blessings which are mine to have. I surrender to joy, peace and happiness. I surrender to the abundant love available to me. I accept nothing other than that which heals my heart, mind and soul. I accept that the universe will provide for every need I have in life, right now.
