SOOOoOOO its another Saturday night ........ now what

I am ashamed to admit this, but I am currently watching the remake of the movie "Carrie" with my kid. It is a real piece of ummm..never mind. She MADE me watch it. Ack!! Also, made us a yummy pork loin for dinner that was absolutely delicious. Goooooo mom!!

i normally have pretty quiet weekends, but this is more quiet than usual. My car isn't working, and i am stranded (sort of) about an hour and a half from home (near where i work). i am in a motel. i am fine. Lying here watching Run Silent, Run Deep. i have an appt to get it fixed Monday. But i'd rather be home in my lovely house with my lovely cats. i also am missing an evening hanging out with a friend and a coffee conversation with a planet person (was looking forward to meeting her). Sigh.

Oh well. i will get a lot of work done.
