Daphne Oz's Frozen Key Lime Pie Pops

This fantastic pie is tasty and fun! Whip up a batch and serve them at your next party. ..

ingredients
1 cup Crushed Graham Crackers (separated)
1/3 cup Key Lime Juice
Zest of 3 Key Limes
3 cup Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
3 tablespoon Honey

• Liquid Measuring Cup
• Measuring Cup (set)
• Measuring Spoons

1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
1/3 cup Key Lime Juice
Zest of 2 Key Limes
3 cup Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
3 tablespoon Honey

Combine the honey, yogurt, the zest of 2 limes, lime juice, vanilla extract and 1/2 cup of graham crackers in the bowl of an electric mixer. Beat at medium-high speed until smooth and creamy.

Zest of 1 Key Lime
1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers

Arrange 8 disposable cups. Combine zest of 1 lime and 1/2 cup graham crackers, and divide evenly on the bottom of each cup.

Pour an equal amount of the yogurt mixture into each cup, each about 3/4 full. Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 2 hours, until set.

Good Morning everyone ♥

Back to work for me today...
It was nice to see everyone and to know i've been missed..
But, it's never easy to get back to the grind after being with Mr Mtn for 2 lovely weeks.. i'm still not accepting the fact , it's hard..

Worked this morning 7-10, now i'm getting changed to go for a run at the lake. Then i go back to work 130-7.. Same shifts tomorrow.. Such nice weather though, all our snow is gone, though we're expecting some snow on Tuesday now, it'll never stick with such mild pretty temperatures.. Spring is upon us, yaaaay!

Zimmeh, those lime pops sound yummy, lemme know how they turn out!

Thank you for the coffee! My day is a long one. I'm working both jobs today and I won't be off until 6:30a tomorrow morning.

I go back to work in a couple weeks after 5 months off, I may need a good bit of coffee then.
