i got out of bed! even though i felt like somebody ran me over with a truck, lol
 i reviewed about 20 session proposals for the allied media conference i firmed up plans for speaking at an after school program tomorrow (and got my pca to rearrange our schedule together since it cuts into my time with her) i sent a few other work emails i returned a friend's phone call i made a huge pot of soup and baked some garlic rosemary pita triangles and i'm about to load the dishwasher
