Mmmhmmm... I would have to leave all of the doors slightly cracked so he could have access. If I closed it all the way, he'd sit there and cry (very loudly mind you), until you opened it. Then, he'd peek in and walk away.
Creep. Somehow he knew the front door needed to remain closed. But he would occasionally try and test me to see if I would open it for him. (He hated to be outside).
