The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

Good - I was able to get 4 good squirts of windex off before it slithered under the dash on the passengers side.
Bad - I'm in a fierce battle with a HUGE beetle of some sort , I think it's a stink bug. He is black and blends in with the floor board of my truck. And has mastered the art of cover and consealment as well. But I'm dug in and alert to any movement. He must be plotting his next strategic move.

Ugly - if he makes the fatal mistake of popping out with in my reach, SLAMMM , he's a goner! I will keep you posted. Over and out.

Ps. I hope it doesn't know how to fly. I'm slightly unprepared for that, but I will make the adjustment.

My eyes are watery, so, I misread this as you had slithered under the dashboard on the passengers side.

The Good: It's Friday
The Bad: Had to go to the grocery store
The Ugly: Left something sitting at the checkout stand. Didn't figure it out until I got home and have to go back to get it. I hate grocery shopping at Walmart.

The Good: I have a long weekend with lots of fabrics to play with and getting splattered in paint, glitter (a la PrincessBelle!

), clay (not our Clay) and anything else that motley crew at the Disabled Arts Studio launch into the air whilst enjoying themselves! LOL!

The Bad: It's been a stressful day!

The Ugly: I lost my temper today...

The good: I bought maple syrup today for my maple/bacon/chocolate chip cookies experiment.

The bad: I will probably eat ALL of the cookie dough before it makes it to actual cookie experiment. ... Also, still no place to live because the landlady I spoke to about my dream townhome right on the lake with a darling back garden and all gas kitchen is evidently paranoid of small dogs that spend their days sleeping and eating and sleeping. Grrrr....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ugly: The job nearly sent me over the edge today -- On top of all the BS, being short staffed, working through weekends and not being able to take time off to visit with family and friends, I was informed today that my department has to cover someone else's work next Monday because they have to play golf. OK, it's for charity. But still. RAWR!!!!!!! Excuse me? I had tickets to a fabulous gala for the introduction of the Titanic exhibit and I had to cancel because I didn't have staff to meet deadlines. Why didn't co-worker/golfer have to work for ME? RAWRRAWRRAWR!!! Yes, I'm feeling whiny. *sigh*
