- to be able to take steps to improve my heath..it feels like one of my most difficult journeys in my lifetime, but as i see & feel the changes in my health, i am so thankful for choosing this path to follow..And plan on keeping on! - for love, how blessed i feel to have such an amazing Daddy/Sir/Partner & Halfside. Mr Mtn proves daily just how very loved i am, and can i also say how much i love Him soo..And proud to belong to Him. <3 - Opportunites & the confidence to go for them.. Nursing course, weight loss support group, my recovery & new sponsor, f2f meetings and much, much more.. - my growing knowledge of triggers, the who's and the what's - and constantly seeking ways to distance them and take some steps forward..Not dwelling in that headspace anymore, it's all about smiles, positivity and embracing the good things & good people!
