HELP
anyone out there who could foster or adopt a rat terrier? he's fixed, has all his shots and is a busy little dog.
he was taken in from a kill shelter and the owner is going to take him back. i know this little dog and love him to pieces. i hate to think he'll be put down because someone changed their mind. thanks!!
