No problem. I believe the OP (LaneyDoll), has no concerns about the thread staying "on track". Maybe I should make a general car thread? I have considered it before, but figured people wouldn't be interested enough in it. Will do it later.

*Andi (my wife) is a travelling nurse with a lead foot. This isn't the first speeding ticket she's gotten this way.

I'm thinking she either needs to fly or have a chauffeur or choose another occupation. She could lose her license.

However, you could use the tickets to make an interesting fabric design when her car needs to be re-upholstered.

Thanks Gemme. What she needs to do is take her foot off the gas a little. She does fly to any location over 5 hours travel time but when she gets to the locations that she does fly to she has a rental car. I believe that she has clocked tickets in Wyoming, Colorado, Iowa, and now Michigan.

somebody smashed into it in '88 while it was parked and took out the whole driver's side.....
so sad.
