What Are You Thankful For?

I am thankful for the fresh start that DamonK and I have embarked on here in Oregon. Leaving the stress and pressure of the house that was a noose around my neck for 8 years has brought a breath of fresh spring air.

I am thankful that I no longer feel the burning pressure of the debt that surrounded me in Missouri. I am still dealing with it but in my own time no longer allowing debt collectors to rule my life.

I am thankful for the job that I got after just being here 2 weeks. I hear with unemployment that is almost unheard of. I love it and the people I work with. I have never worked somewhere where everyone gets along and there is no cattiness. Everyone genuinely cares about each other and the work that they do. THAT is a welcome change...

I am thankful for the love that DamonK and I have shared for the past 3 years. Our life together is solid and wonderful. We are open to new possibilities in our life her in Oregon. Our relationship has ebbed and flowed and we have moved with it as changes occur. Even though we have decided we no longer see D/s in our personal relationship, we both know that we both very much value D/s in our lives. I look forward to the opportunity to spread my wings and seek a new D/s direction in my life. I am amazed every day how the fact that we lead a poly-amorous life together makes us both very happy.

I am thankful for my pups. I love my Peppa with all my heart. I cant imagine life without her. She makes me so happy all the time. When she is pressed against my legs at night under the blanket she keeps me warm. When she is "bonding" with me (aka pressing her head hard against my forehead) it makes me laugh and giggle. When she is being a sh*t as she often is... I remind myself how much I love her.

I am thankful for so many things in my life and am so happy I make myself sick sometimes... lol
