Hrmm.. TK can you do the following for me:
1. Remove any and all JAVA installs (this would be any of the JRE) 2. Reboot your computer 3. Open a browser and go to here: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp 4. Under the Windows section, click the Windows Online and follow the instructions 5. After re-installing, go back to the link and click on the "Verify" button. If that works, try chat again.
