Innubus and Liam.. know what you mean about pain... I hurt my neck and back in a near miss in a car 16 years ago. Didn't work full time for 8 years and I am still under the care of a back pain specialist. Have tried everything except surgery. Doing ok now...working a full time job and a part time job. But it took a long time to get here and to know what works for me. Still get awful migraines and back pain if I'm not careful. But not as bad as before thank God. Good Luck guys, it may take a while..but keep trying everything .. you never know what will work for you! Good night all, Ruthie |

 hope everyone is having a lovely evening... been a fabulous day here- we hit 71 degrees, and mercy......... lemme just tell y'all how nice it felt- I was a very happy femmy today cuz I got to sport flip flops! We wandered around Wal Mart and Costco this afternoon, found some GREAT deals at Costco- havent been in ages! then home to a quiet evening of nothin much- just hangin out and relaxin'.  MS- hope your knee gets to feelin' better sugar... and don't forget to let me know when you roll back thru the Carolinas... you can park the truck and come on over for dinner, or coffee...or somethin'! You're welcome anytime!  anyways.... y'all have a decadent evening, and behave- or not.

I am really horribly disappointed that the femme conference steering committee has no women of age. Looks like the face of older femmes is not part of their commitment to representing femmes. Older femmes are in visible even to other femmes.

Did you know I am working on a book about silver femmes and crone butches? I myself am a silver femme....I thought about offering a proposal on aging for that conference but I would never be able to pay for the fees, let alone the hotel....
