See the surgeon to rubber-stamp this years shoulder surgery.

Should go get my sick note stamped at the doctor's surgery but that depends on the direction of the wind today - bicycle is my transport but lung disease is my 'gearing'.

Town centre to have delish coffee with friends and possibly a little reading.

An anonymous type meeting this evening.

An easy day but I've been battling the results of the last chest infection I had a few months ago and which has left me feeling 'poorly' most days.
