Note to self...
When catching a few last winks before getting ready for work, be sure your legs fully clear the entanglement of the sheets before you try to stand.... ummmm ya may just discover the floor is right there in your face before you know it  I'm okay I'm okay, quick return to a prone position as if the world saw what just happened
