I believe that jealousy and insecurity are one in the same. I think that jealously is a result of our own insecurities. So, I guess my answer would be insecurities. I think we all have them, whether we admit it or not. It is hard to overcome them because they tend to be an intense part of ourselves, something we think is wrong with us.
