Every time someone references a previous storm - DRINK.
Every time someone talks about the lines at the grocery store- DRINk. Every time someone someone predicts some apocalyptic cataclysm, finish all that's in your cup. And as an added twist, every time someone says the word "millibar," butches and femmes all have to make out for 5 minutes.
