CAP Tree U must take time for U. Reconnect w/ self. Yoga? Long run/walk? Sacrifice something in favor of yr own needs. Recharging.
This I know. I have been contemplating a spa day. Massage, facial.... the works. Oh, and attending the yoga class I have missed for the last month due to obligations and such. Thanks!
