Hmmm...funny you should ask that.....
for me, I just let my own integrity and honor stand for itself. My moral compass is true north.
Hypothetically.... usually somewhere will be someone that is going to stand in judgement of another....
this saying comes to my mind....those that matter, won't mind, and those that mind, don't matter....

SAG Bindweed Yr attitudes tie U down. It's not them. It's U. Stop letting physical pleasures take the place of loving yrself.

At first I was like "physical pleasures? I wish! I haven't had those in over a year" LOL And haven't been looking. So I was puzzled by what this might mean. Then I started thinking outside the box at other things that give me physical pleasure. Like food. Having just been diagnosed with high blood pressure. And earlier this year being put on cholesterol meds. I thought "hmmmm food (i.e. my weight) is killing me". It's not very loving to kill yourself, even indirectly.

Thanks Arwen for this reminder.

I love that this came up. I reinvigorated my chanting practice last week, and going to my buddhist study group attendance.

BTW, which one of the workbooks are you using in the study group. Lemme know, cause i think this would work well for me at the place that im at with The Delicious Experience.
