I would adopt two kids and hire the sweetest nanny I could find. We could do people with disabilities horse therapy , have a free- range petting zoo and camp for poor kids that have never been in the country before. Find or create jobs for the under or unemployed parents of the kids. Free fish fries and crawdad boils in the front yard. Shuttle bus to get them there. Out buildings with showers and washing machines Complimentary robes and slippers while they are waiting for new or at least clean clothes. I could go on and on
