My blood sugars are running high. My diet hasn't changed. And I have a call into my doc. I was stupid to play with my blood draws. I learned my lesson.
I am a practicing Buddist/Catholic. It does help me to meditate and pray. Right now my hardest burden is forgiveness. Not for me, but for Rosie and my home (nest). I have to work on this. Thanks for listening. Andrew
