I got myself out of bed after losing an hour of sleep AND I felt energized and happy
I put on a pot of tea, showered, made breakfast, folded clothes, did the dishes, swept and vacuumed, straightened up my living area, sorted through more boxes, took a break and now I am back to organizing stuff and my thoughts. Lunch will be next as I find something to put on for background noise. |
