It's a carb day, no getting around it, sooo...onions and garlic sauteed in EVO and tossed over cheese tortellini, topped with shaved reggiano. Probably a glass of Pinot Grigio, too.

I made potato soup with red potatoes, onions sautéed with bacon pieces. To continue the bacon theme...Grilled sourdough, thick cut applewood smoked bacon, Havarti, smoked gouda, and American cheese sandwiches, with thinly sliced tomatoes and mayo.

T'will be whatever Ms.Sponsorliscious puts on the barbecue. Wondering what I should take to avoid the supermarket sausages and white bread.
