Oh, that fits, as usual.

I feel restless, as if there's something more I can do and should be doing. If I could pin one word on what holds me back, it's "fear". I don't know if it's fear of failing-or of succeeding beyond my hope.

What helps is a steady diet of positive people, not negative. In fact, I need a much better job at filling myself up, not tearing me down.

I'm already emotionally exhausted and the week isn't even here yet. It's definitely a spiritual thing and I'd realized that just today.
