Waking thought...

What time is it?? *grabs for the phone to see the face of it. Oh jeeze only 4:26... *rolls back over. Everyone will be here today so I better get some more sleep. Where's Ginger?? *looks on other side of bed on the floor trying to see her in the dark. I think she is there. *Throws covers off of me and tries to go back to sleep. Dozes for a few then wakes freezing since I always keep the a/c on. Covers back up. Dozes for a few more. Listening I hear Mom and Dad talking. I think hear a cat fight outside that sounds like they are in a sure death match. I finally abandon the bed because I cannot stand the cat fight any longer. I fly to the window and tap, but no avail. I then open the window and PSsssss loudly and they eventually stop and just glare at each other. Ok. Ok. I am up! I take Ginger downstairs and out the front door to check on the cats. The one cat was gone and the other was headed home but looked pretty tore up. They are wild so I couldn't get near it. Thankfully Ginger listened and left him alone. Ugh! It is 10 and I am still up and tired as hell! Family will be here in one hour. Can I say UGH once more? UGH....
