I am not sure if this is lunch or not because it is Sunday and lunch tends to bleed into supper on Sunday especially when I am dancing around the kitchen and cooking with good music and a glass of wine. . .
Pan seared pork chops with an orange, ginger glaze with toasted sesame seeds Corn on the cob just with butter salt n pepper Spinach salad with walnuts, strawberries, goat cheese and a balsamic vinaigrette I think for dessert I will make super dark chocolate 2 ingredient mousse with just a little cayenne and cinnamon on top
