I've started listening to meditations on audio dharma when I am anxious. Seems to help.

After a recent move, home situation is better than it has been in years. Work, a work in progress. Lol.

Mediation helps my anxiety a lot. I have had since I was a kid.

I’ve been researching online and talked to my doctor, and I started taking 600mg of L-Theanine daily. It has helped my anxiety so much! I really feel a lot calmer with day to day things and I don’t panic as much over little things. I take 2 pills in the morning as soon as I get up, 2 mid-afternoon, and 2 at bedtime.

Forgot to mention, L-Theanine does NOT cause me to be drowsy at all! Other natural stress supplements/vitamins I tried made me sleepy, like chamomile and lemon balm. And drinking chamomile tea before bed or taking lemon balm at bedtime didn’t help my anxiety during the day, that’s why I decided to try the L-Theanine.
