I have a confession to make, I am drinking a Diet Coke right now. I promised myself that I wouldn't drink anything with artificial sweeteners in it (other than Stevia), but I'm doing it right now anyway (after about 5 weeks without).
I am also daydreaming about foods that are bad for my health, but I am certain that I will not give in... |
