the low carb meatloaf was pretty good (different in texture because there was no breadcrumbs..more dense) and I ended up serving it with a tomato, mozzarella and basil salad.

Chicken stir fry with angel hair pasta and Ice Tea. I added extra thai chili's and oh boy' was it spicy, but really good. I think I may make my honey some sugar cookies

I tried to eat a giant salad with beats, olives, cucumber, onions, cheese, croutons, and dressing. Unfortunately, I should have made a large salad not a giant salad because I could not finish it. Wimpy...wimpy.....haha!

some kinda sliced cheddar I think

or 10 tomatoes from the plants out front.

or 20 cans of cat food.

maybe egg n tomato cheeze pretzel sammich,

and feed the critters their stuff so they will leave my delectable dinner alone.
