Besides the usual household chores, let's see ...
Paint second coat on wood screen door for Grace. Put together and install. Might need help. Not sure if my hands can predrill the holes in heavy metal. We'll see. Put drawers back in dresser after situating dresser and bolting down. Put big wardrobes to front and bolt down. Cut holes in counter for sink and stove top. Attach supports to under side. Lay tiles on counter. Attach back splash. Attach metal to back splash behind stove top. Add tiles. Attach support braces for open shelf system. Attach shelves .... attach baskets to shelves. Finish curtains, hang with wood rods (already painted. Ready to hang.) Create safe framework for stained glass roses piece. Put metal shelves back together to store water jugs. Put bed frame together. Set up bedroom area. Setup kitchen. Setup girlie ritual area. Library.  This list is getting longer and longer.  OMGOSH.Going to be very busy for a long time

My list is long...
Put second coat of orange on gear shift housing and stick. Made a cute batik fabric cover to hide ugly black rubber boot. I wanted a new gear shift knob but can't get the old one off. Sigh. Oh well. Big disappointment yesterday. Several big chunks of my mosaic tile popped off. Am very bummed right now. So popped off the rest. Going to pull out drill and grind off the chunks of mortar. Am mucho tired of not finding the proper mortar. Errrrr. Remove screws/nails from scrap wood. Measure cut pieces for benches. Attach them. Measure molding to see where I can use it. Will probably take all afternoon. |

Headed to Edisto Island for the day. We use to come and spend the day when,I was a kid. Im excited, there is a new campground and day use area and real toilets and showers. When the tide is out you can walk from island to island. I wont be doing that today, though the water is still warm enough to.

I'm SUPPOSED to drive to Asheville today and pick up the rest of my stuff and my last check...
but... I just don't feel like driving for 6 hours today.. Plus I have to pack up the kitten and her stuff to go with...she can't be alone that long... Praying I get some motivation.. I have to do it today or wait til Wednesday...what.to.do.what.to.do.
