Not to get too serious about this but I'm not sure I agree with the idea of a "Holocaust lineage"... you were there or you weren't... there's also the q of : you were in a camp, you were on the run, hid, lost your family, etc etc My parents hid, escaped to Soviet Union, lost just about every single member of their respective families. I was born in 1945 in Poland on their return to look for family. I do not call myself 2nd generation Holocaust but I am well aware how I was marked by it. I do not think there were many Jews who were not, no matter where they were.
