I did cardio - shoveled at work.
I ate breakfast, and another breakfast that I counted as lunch. Went home and did more cardio  My fasting and two-hour BS were in range. I almost hit lvl 90 in WoW on my second main character. I boiled eggs for work. I am almost done knitting the second skein of yarn for my scarf. Yes, pretty productive day! I also ate a brownie for dinner, on an empty stomach after taking metformin, so I also accomplished feeling miserable! And now I am starving .gif "Say What?")
