1. My anemia and hypothyroid are vastly improved with medication.

2. I'm going to back yoga tonight.

3. I found a fabulous home AA meeting now that I've moved.

4. My friends are all doing well right now.

5. My house is clean, my laundry is done, and the kitchen is full of food.

I'm grateful to have the life I have and to appreciate everything that I am. My Dad, grandmothers, and great grandmother, I thank you. I wish I could see them and thank them personally for all they did for me. Thank you, Jesus, for this life.

1. With another member's excellent suggestion, I have a little TV in the kitchen now (Cuz, I get lonely chopping onion).

2. It's Sunday- That means Sunday Newspaper!

3. Blossom, my doggie, seems to have gotten over her chest infection.

4. It's warm enough today, that I have the living room & the back kitchen door open. Hmm! Fresh air!

5. I haven't drank in 7.5 years & and I haven't smoked for 2 3/4 years.
