Lunch with mom after which we cruised through Target.
Weeded in the garden, harvested tomatos and peppers. Hung out with the chickens, cleaned out the coop (still no eggs) Made fresh quacamole with items from the garden, ate said quac. Took my boy Fruitcake on a nice long walk. Painted my nails. Light purple called I lilac you  It was a good day.

Stripped my bed
Did three loads of my laundry one load for sis Cleaned the bathroom not easy after the 3 gorls decided it was color your hair night last night Made my dinner and made sure sis made hers, Sunday is fend for yourself night Had a giant bowl of CoCo Pebbles Mowed, weeded, and hedged the backyard as dusk was approaching Mowed the front yard while watching the sun set Took my sore tired ass to shower number two since my white wide beatter and white shirt was so soaked with sweat I could have entered a we t-shirt contest Made my bed Finally done for the night unless sis needs something in the next 3 hours so it's sort of relaxing time Found time through out the day to text with my girl which kept me going on this busy Sunday

Killed a trillion ants in my house then cleaned up the dead bodies that were all over
1 load of laundry Cut the 4 o clock's back so I can plant some herbs (I know someone who cooks now) Hardware store, got bits to fix the leaky kitchen sink pipes $%@&*! grocery shopping - I left toward the end and sat in the car waiting......it was in the 90's today. I OBVIOUSLY do NOT like grocery shopping. I love when the food just appears on it's own.

I wore this tremendously huge hat over the weekend. One that happened unexpectedly. But, such is my life right now. It covered trainer, loss prevention, housekeeping, electrician, exterminator extraordinaire, listener, and friend.
I did miss out on cook! Unless you call the blackened grill cheese an accomplishment. Lol. I'm not good with grill cheese, that's for sure.

slept in after the baseball game last nite, played with my fur friend, went to the dr, came home and unloaded and loaded the dishwasher, helped my daughter with divorce drama, got a working phone cause mine is broke and my daughter helped me learn how to use it...tomorrow is a dentist appointment and work...

I walked to my MRI
Completed said onr hour long MRI of my spine without going balistic Walked to pharmacy and picked up scripts Walked an hour and half home Organized paperwork Set up appointment for my adrino gland masses Cooked and ate dinner Had a nice conversation with an old friend Planning to end the night with my girls voice instead of text to congratulate her on the new job

I drove an hour and a half to my mother's house and cleaned.
Vacuumed Dusted Wiped down the cabinets Cleaned the ceiling fans Cleaned the bathrooms Dusted the ceiling Worked on the lawn equipment Took mom out for lunch and a little shopping Drove an hour and a half home |

I worked for a few hours today.
I went to the grocery store and while I was there the Survival Center was collecting food for the shelter so I shopped for my stuff and got the items on their list at the same time. I cleaned my house. I did the laundry and the dishwasher. I organized my clothes. I took the puppies out and played with them. |

Walked an hour and half one way for an appointment in 90 degree weather that felt like 105
Had my appointment instead of blowing it off Paid my cell bill Treated myself to a sit down dinner. While doing so noticed that it was just us guys eating aline and the restaurant put us all in the same section lol. What does that say about us guys. Walked the hour and a half walk home Didn't blow up when I saw my nieces car in the driveway which meant she could have driven the 9 min to come get me. Took a shower Got to sleep a whole 2 hours before been woken up. These damn nightmares can stop any day now! Not giving up on more sleep since I go to the dentist tomorrow

swept the kitchen, cleaned my bathroom, did laundry, updated my resume for an internal position at work...just need to mow the front yard but it is so freakin hot outside...thank goodness for my son who mowed the back and side yard already

An extended uke practice session. Played As Time Goes By so many times I lost count. Interspersed a handful of other songs I'm currently knocking-into-shape and/or polishing throughout to keep it interesting and I had a rare ole time.

I'm working on my final paper, which always causes ridiculous amounts of stress (I get to do this every 8 weeks...yay me!). I am somewhat proud of myself though - I am almost finished, and I'm 28 hours away from the deadline. That almost NEVER happens!

Today I babied myself with rest and pampering: I fell the other day and nearly broke my hand/wrist (it’s got gnarly looking bruises but thankfully no broken or fractured bone). It felt good just to sleep and dream the morning away.
I made a list of things to make for “Friendsgiving” night: homemade crocheted ear warmers-head-bands, small slices of homemade goats milk soap bars scented with amber and cloves, and little tarts filled with pistachio banana cream pudding with whipped cream on top. For Christmas I plan to not worship any cult figure (Santa, etc) and spread some fierce kind-hearted joy to friends and family. My home is decorated in Boho Christmas fashion so it’s always Christmas here. No Santa necessary. Just good old fashioned respectful kind and generous auras to enrich the season of holidays.

Well... could someone help with a bicycle issue? Can't locate local source of chain cleaner or lube ... Omg... my kindle changed lube into "puberty " Bwahhahaha! !!!
Sorry... lol... anyhoo, can someone recommend a decent substitute? ?  I have olive, sunflower oil. Coconut oil. Thought I had navel jelly but used it all on another project.Turpentine, vinegar, Dawn, oven cleaner .... have not worked on a bike for four decades.  Ya I know, but I need the cardio exercise. I have already removed the fenders, cleaned, applied rust stop, and fresh coat of paint. Need to paint where I applied rust stop to frame. It's a girls bike, perfect height for me.  There used to be a baby carrier on the back, BUT I took off the seat and will cut a wood platform to attach to the supports so I can put a pretty basket on the back. Gonna look so cute!! I love fixing stuff. |
