I went grocery shopping late this afternoon and knew I would not want to cook afterward, so I got the Deli folks to make me an Italian sub on wheat with romaine and tomato. I brought that home and threw some Sriracha Sauce on it and called it dinner.

Last night I had an assortment of sauteed greens with some cornbread and it was delicious. I don't have cornbread often, so it was a real treat and very tasty. The cornbread was homemade and dense (not sweet and cakey like Jiffy Mix

First the good news:
I didn't make the awful tuna helper... Bad news: I made ramen noodles instead (shrimp flavored...which tastes NOTHING like shrimp) I added in some frozen veggies to make it healthyish. For dessert: apple sauce sprinkled with cinnamon and a handful of raisins...cuz the texture of apple sauce is icky to me... BUT I'm hungry now .gif "Say What?")
